ICMR-Funded Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical) Position in Oncology, Public Health, Psychology at AIIMS Delhi
Applications are invited for two Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical) positions under an ICMR-funded project at the Department of Radiation Oncology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. The project, led by Assistant Professor Abhishek Shankar, focuses on implementing communication strategies to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors and caregivers. The research aims to address psycho-oncology, public health, and social work aspects, emphasizing communication and support for patients and their families.
Eligibility requires either an MBBS/BDS degree or a postgraduate degree in Public Health, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work. Desirable qualifications include research experience in oncology, grant writing, protocol development, publication, and proficiency in modern software and analytical tools. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, technical, and conceptual skills, and have experience in information and knowledge management, communication projects in oncology, data analysis, project writing, and scientific publication.
