Postdoc opportunity in plant ecology, conservation biology, and climate adaptation at the University of Marburg. The position is in the Conservation Biology Research Group led by Prof. Dr. Anna Lampei-Bucharova in the Department of Biology. The project studies local adaptation in plants, especially the wild annual grass Hordeum murinum , across Europe and North Africa, with a broader focus on plant ecology, evolution, and climate change adaptation. The postdoc will help design, perform, and coordinate a large reciprocal transplant experiment across Europe and North Africa, coordinate collaborating researchers, supervise students, curate and analyze data, co-develop research questions and experiments, and prepare publications.
