Dr. Ataur Safi Rahaman, Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science & Technology, is seeking two PhD scholars for research in Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave Engineering. The positions focus on advanced antenna technology, wireless and short-range communication systems, compact and high-efficiency antenna design, electromagnetic simulations, and next-generation wireless technologies for vehicular and IoT applications.
Applicants should have an M.Tech or M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Communication Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or related fields. Essential skills include hands-on experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, or Microstrip Studio, strong fundamentals in electromagnetic theory and microwave engineering, and an interest in simulation-driven research, prototyping, and measurement.
