This is a
full-time
position based in
Bellingham, Washington
, with a preference for candidates who can spend at least half their working time in person. The salary range is
USD 90,000–110,000
. A technical climate science background is
not required
, making this a strong opportunity for candidates with operations, program management, nonprofit, research administration, or philanthropy experience who want to contribute to high-impact climate work.
