Return-to-work rehabilitation intervention for women with breast cancer

Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s leading university, is seeking a full-time senior postdoctoral researcher in the Discipline of Occupational Therapy. The position is part of a cluster randomised control trial investigating the effectiveness of the CanWork return-to-work rehabilitation intervention for women who have completed treatment for breast cancer. CanWork is designed to support women in successfully returning to work by providing knowledge and confidence to manage post-treatment difficulties and meet job demands. The project is funded by the Health Research Board and offers an opportunity to expand research skills and develop a career in cancer survivorship research. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in managing the project and study deliverables, working closely with Professor Deirdre Connolly. Trinity College Dublin is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities, non-traditional career paths, and international candidates. The university is recognized for its commitment to gender equality and work–life balance. Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant discipline, research experience in occupational therapy or cancer-related fields, and strong project management skills. To apply, candidates must submit a one-page summary of relevant experience and a full CV, including two referees, to Professor Deirdre Connolly via email, specifying 'Post Doc position CanWork' in the subject line. For more information about the intervention, visit www.canwork.ie.
