Project Research Scientist and Technical Support Positions in Medical, Life Sciences, and IT at National Cancer Institute, India

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Jhajjar, is inviting applications for several contract-based research and technical positions under the ICMR-funded 'MINSAPHI' project. This project focuses on mHealth-based integrated NCD screening and personalized health information to facilitate screening for non-communicable diseases and blood donations in rural India. The available positions include Project Research Scientist-I (Medical and Non-Medical), Project Technical Support-III, Project Technical Support-I, and Project Nurse-III, with monthly consolidated salaries ranging from ₹19,800 to ₹73,700 depending on the role. Eligibility varies by position: Medical Scientist roles require MBBS/BDS/BVSc or equivalent, Non-Medical Scientist roles require a 4-year degree in Engineering/IT/CS, Technical Support roles require BSc or PG in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Medical Lab Technology, and Nurse roles require BSc Nursing or equivalent. Desirable qualifications include experience in public health, AI/ML techniques, and laboratory work. The maximum age limit is 35 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government rules. All qualifications and experience must be in the relevant field and acquired after the minimum essential qualification. Government employees are not eligible to apply. The initial tenure is 6 months, extendable up to 27–33 months based on performance and project needs. The positions are based at NCI, Badsa, Jhajjar.
