Junior Research Fellow (JRF) opportunity at National Institute of Technology Warangal under an ANRF-sponsored research project . Project title: Next-Generation Bidirectional EV–Microgrid Systems with Adaptive AI for Real-Time Energy Swarming and Grid Stability in Renewable-Rich Environments . This opening is ideal for candidates interested in Electrical Engineering , electric vehicles , microgrids , renewable energy integration , power systems , grid stability , energy storage , and AI/ML applications in energy systems. Eligibility: M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Preference is given to candidates with a GATE qualification in Electrical Engineering, prior R&D or laboratory experience, and strong skills in power-system analysis, mathematical modelling, and simulation tools such as MATLAB , ETAP , and PSCAD . Knowledge of AI/ML for power systems is also desirable. Funding: ₹37,000/month for the first two years and ₹42,000/month for the third year, plus HRA as per institute rules. Hostel and mess facilities may be available subject to availability. Ph.D. pathway: The selected candidate may be considered for Ph.D. registration at NIT Warangal as per institute rules, making this a strong route toward doctoral research in a funded project environment.
