Postdoctoral Research Positions in Human-AI Interaction and Service Operations (Business Artificial Intelligence)

Fudan University, in collaboration with the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, is offering two full-time postdoctoral research positions focused on Human-AI Interaction, Business Artificial Intelligence, and Service Operations. The positions are jointly supervised by Professor Jianqiang Hu (Fudan University) and Professor Kejia Hu (University of Oxford), providing a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human decision-making in business contexts. The research group seeks outstanding young scholars who have recently obtained or are about to obtain a PhD in Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. Candidates should demonstrate strong independent research capability, creativity, teamwork, and ideally have research experience in Business Artificial Intelligence. Priority will be given to applicants with high-quality SCI publications or outstanding technical ability. Applicants must also meet the eligibility requirements for postdoctoral positions set by Fudan University. The program offers joint supervision, strong mentorship, and support for developing independent scholarship. Postdoctoral fellows are encouraged to apply for national and local research grants and will receive funding to present at leading international and domestic academic conferences. The work location is flexible, with options in Shanghai or Oxford.
