PhD and MS Positions in Wireless Communications, Unmanned Mobility, and Quantum AI at Kumoh National Institute of Technology
The Wireless Emerging Network System (WENS) Lab at Kumoh National Institute of Technology in Gumi, South Korea, is recruiting PhD and MS students for Spring 2026. The lab focuses on cutting-edge research in next-generation radio access technologies (including NOMA, massive MIMO, OAM, OTFS, OCDM), unmanned mobility (UAV, UGV, UXV), Robot Operating System (ROS), and quantum machine learning/AI. The WENS KIT Scholarship is available for international students with strong backgrounds in electrical, electronics, telecommunication, or computer engineering/science. Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 and a valid English proficiency test score (IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL iBT ≥ 85, PBT ≥ 570, CBT ≥ 230, or TOEIC ≥ 750) taken within the last two years. Required documents include a CV, academic transcripts, English proficiency certificate, and recommendation letters, with an optional motivation letter or research plan.
