Postdoctoral Research Associate
in an interdisciplinary project focused on
human resilience to mental illness and substance misuse
. The position centers on developing and validating a
psychometric instrument
to assess psychological resilience in adults, with opportunities to contribute to

The postdoc will work with
Nina de Lacy
(Assistant Professor, Psychiatry) and co-investigators
Brian Baucom
and
Rob Lubeznik-Warner
in a collaborative mentorship environment. The work includes administering semi-structured interviews and psychometric measures, supporting participant study visits, maintaining human subjects protections, participating in data interpretation, contributing to instrument validation, and helping prepare manuscripts and training materials.
