Positions available:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Junior Research Associate (JRA), and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) / Senior Research Associate (SRA).
Eligibility highlights:
JRF/JRA applicants should have a B.Tech./B.E. in relevant fields such as Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics & Computing, or Electronics Engineering; alternatively MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science is accepted. One year of experience in AI, NLP, ML, multimodal AI, LLMs, GUI/Web Development, or Data Management is required. SRF/SRA applicants should hold an M.Tech./M.E. in a relevant discipline and have practical experience in AI, NLP, ML, multimodal AI, or LLMs. Preference is given to candidates interested in pursuing a PhD at IIT Patna.
Funding:
These are funded project positions supported by government bodies, including the Bhasini Mission of MeitY, and by industry partners. The indicative salary range is
₹42,000 to ₹70,000 per month
, depending on the role, qualifications, and experience.
