UNIST CoCoLab is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher in Computer Architecture and AI Systems at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) in South Korea. The position is supported by the UNIST InnoCORE Intelligent Defense Systems Research Group (IDS RG) . Research topics include computer architecture and systems , hardware-software co-design for AI , AI systems , ML systems , and accelerator systems . The group describes its broader research as computer architecture and co-design for future intelligent systems, with an emphasis on high-performance, programmable, robust, reliable, secure, and energy-efficient platforms. Preferred applicants should have a strong academic background and a publication record in top-tier venues such as ISCA , MICRO , HPCA , and ASPLOS . The post is aimed at motivated researchers with strong experience in systems and architecture research. Funding details include a starting annual salary of KRW 80,000,000 + α , with higher compensation possible depending on research record and experience. The initial contract is for one year and may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to annual evaluation.
