NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS), part of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, is offering a research grant for PhD students in the field of Information Management. The grant is aimed at master's degree holders who are currently enrolled in a PhD programme and have a background in Management, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, or similar areas. The research will be conducted within the NOVA Information Systems & Analytics Lab, focusing on understanding the adoption, use, and value of IT innovation, with particular attention to sustainable technologies. The work involves investigating the main drivers of diffusion, adoption, and success of information technology artifacts at both individual and organizational levels. The research is multidisciplinary, requiring the application of information systems research to various projects and the development of research proposals. Ethical standards and responsibility are emphasized as fundamental aspects of the position. The grant provides a monthly maintenance allowance of €1,259.64 for a duration of 2 years and 6 months, along with personal accident insurance and coverage for voluntary social security scheme contributions.
