This postdoctoral position is available in the Martín research group, led by Professor Ruben Martin. The successful candidate will investigate the potential of chain-walking reactions to enable unconventional bond-forming reactions at remote sites within alkyl side-chains, with a particular emphasis on organometallic chemistry and Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. The role involves conducting independent research as well as collaborating with group members and project partners. The position is funded by PID2024-160739NB-I00 and offers a 3-year full-time contract, with remuneration based on qualifications and experience, and annual salary paid in twelve monthly installments. The anticipated start date is November-December 2025.
