PhD Position in Skeletal Muscle Physiology, Cell Biology, and Calcium Imaging – Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1
This PhD opportunity at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, within the MuSkLE Graduate School, focuses on skeletal muscle research, specifically exertional heat stroke, ion channel dysfunction, and advanced techniques such as calcium imaging, physiology, histology, and multi-scale muscle biology. The MuSkLE Graduate+ program is a prestigious, interdisciplinary doctoral initiative supported by the French National Research Agency and the Investments Program #3 / France 2030. Eligibility requires being a foreign student (dual citizenship accepted) and holding a Master’s degree in a related field before the PhD start.
