Postdoctoral Associate in Behavioral Analysis and Severe Behavior Services at University of Florida

The University of Florida is recruiting two postdoctoral associates in the Department of Psychiatry / UF Health Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment (UF Health CAN). These are Adjunct Clinical Postdoctoral Associate training positions focused on expanding BCBA services and supporting clinical and research activities. One position will support severe behavior services , including clinical and case supervision for behavioral treatment of patients with severe behavior disorders. The other will focus on hospital consultation services . The roles are aligned with UF Health CAN’s mission and may include additional research and clinical initiatives. Research and study areas: applied behavior analysis, behavioral analysis, behavioral assessment, psychiatry, psychology, mental health, autism and neurodevelopment, severe behavior disorders, hospital consultation, clinical supervision. Eligibility: applicants should hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in psychiatry, psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline, with a focus in Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Assessment (BABA) and an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. BCBA-D and demonstrated expertise in assessment and treatment for severe behavior disorders are preferred. Funding and salary: this is a paid postdoctoral training appointment at 1.0 FTE. The advertised salary is USD 64,100–65,000 depending on PDA years of experience, and the work is connected to funded research projects and clinical contracts.
