The Big Data Summer Immersion at Yale (BDSY) is a prestigious, fully funded six-week program designed for undergraduate students interested in big data analytics applied to health and medical research. Hosted by Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, the program runs from June 15 to July 24, 2026, and welcomes both U.S. and international students. Participants will gain hands-on experience in advanced methodologies such as statistical genetics, bioinformatics, causal inference, and data science, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications in healthcare, public health, and medical imaging.
