Applicants must be domiciled in one of the eligible developing countries as defined by the scholarship and must have, or expect to obtain, the overseas equivalent of a UK first-class honours degree. Priority is given to those who have not previously studied at Masters level. Preference is given to those with an unconditional offer at the time of application. The application deadline is May 28, 2026.
