The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) is offering 15 fully funded PhD scholarships for outstanding candidates commencing 19 September 2026 in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS). These scholarships support full-time doctoral research across key disciplines, including Economics, Education & English, International Communications, and International Studies. The scholarships are awarded for up to 36 months, subject to satisfactory progress, and provide comprehensive financial support to enable recipients to focus fully on their doctoral research.

Scholarship benefits include full tuition fee coverage, a monthly stipend of RMB 4,500, and opportunities for teaching or research assistant roles from the second year.
