The KEMPEL Lab (KOREATECH Electric Machine Drives and Power Electronics Laboratory) at Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH), South Korea, is inviting applications for Master’s and PhD positions under the prestigious Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) – University Track. The lab, supervised by Prof. Jeihoon Baek, focuses on cutting-edge research in power electronics converters and inverters design and control, as well as electrical machines and motor drive systems. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in advanced electrical engineering topics such as power electronics, motor drives, and converter technologies.

Selected candidates will join a vibrant research group and benefit from the full support of the GKS program, which covers airfare, tuition, language training, and living allowances.
