Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) in Oman is inviting applications for its postgraduate scholarship programs for the academic year 2026/2027. The scholarships are open to both Omani and international students interested in pursuing Master's or PhD degrees across a wide range of disciplines. SQU offers advanced coursework and research opportunities through its various colleges, including the College of Agriculture and Marine Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Nursing, College of Science, College of Arts and Social Sciences, College of Education, College of Economics and Political Science, and College of Law.

Applicants must meet the general admission requirements, which include holding a relevant undergraduate or master's degree, providing an English proficiency certificate, and submitting all required documents. Both Omani and non-Omani nationals are eligible to apply. The application process is conducted online via the SQU admission system, and a nonrefundable application fee of 10 Omani Rials is required. Incomplete applications or those not meeting the requirements will not be considered.

Admitted candidates who fulfill the scholarship requirements will automatically compete for university scholarships, which are available for both Omani and non-Omani students. Sponsored scholarships are also available for Omanis. Students with external sponsorships must provide a funding letter from their sponsor. The university reserves the right to withdraw admission if requirements are not met within the specified period.
