The scholarship is for four years, currently set at NOK 572,800 per year (subject to adjustment in 2026), and includes 25% teaching responsibilities and membership in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund. The place of work is BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Candidates must submit all required documents via the electronic application system, including degree certificates and transcripts, Diploma Supplement or equivalent documentation, a 5–10 page project proposal, CV, minimum two letters of recommendation, certificates of previously completed doctoral level courses (if requesting approval), complete list of publications and activities, other relevant certificates and transcripts, signed verification document, and TOEFL/IELTS test scores (waiver possible under certain conditions). Recommendation letters should be emailed directly by referees to [email protected] by the application deadline. Late documents will not be considered, except for students completing their Master’s degree in 2026 who do not yet have a final certificate. Applications cannot be revised after submission, and candidates may be asked to provide further information or attend an interview. Accepted candidates must provide a detailed progress plan.
