The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation in Morocco, in partnership with the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research, announces the third call for applications for the PASS – PhD-Associate Scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year. This scholarship targets new PhD students enrolled in public universities in Morocco, supporting research in priority areas such as water and climate change adaptation, medical and environmental biotechnology, health and medical sciences, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, renewable energy, blue and green economy, logistics, geophysics, astronomy, basic sciences, engineering, and social sciences. Eligible candidates must be Moroccan nationals, registered in the first year of a PhD program, and not older than 26 years (or 27 for those with medical, veterinary, or architecture backgrounds) by the end of 2025. The scholarship offers a monthly stipend of 7000 MAD.
