The University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) 2026 offers outstanding international students from non-EU/EEA countries the opportunity to pursue a master's degree at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. This prestigious scholarship is open to applicants across a wide range of academic fields, including Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering & Management, Communication Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental & Energy Management, Educational Science & Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Philosophy of Science, Technology & Society, Psychology, Robotics, Management, and Statistics, among others.

The UTS provides financial support ranging from €3,000 to €22,000 for one year, intended to help cover study-related expenses. Candidates must meet the university's English language requirements and demonstrate a strong academic record. For two-year programs, continuation of the scholarship into the second year requires an average grade of 7 (out of 10) and at least 50% of European Credits by the end of the third quartile of the first year. The application process involves first applying for admission to a master's program at the University of Twente. Once (provisionally) admitted, students can submit a separate application for the UTS via the university's scholarship portal. The first application deadline is 1 February 2026.
