Join our engineering team and build scalable backend systems powering AI-driven products for students and researchers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.

• Design, query, and optimize SQL-based databases.

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to implement new features.

• Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining services on Azure.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented backend code.

• Debug issues, improve performance, and support existing backend services.

• Contribute to backend components that integrate with LLMs and AI-powered features.

• Learn and apply best practices in security, scalability, and API design.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Python for backend development.

Experience with FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks.

Understanding of SQL databases, including queries and basic optimization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Basic knowledge of LLMs and how backend systems interact with AI models.

Ability to translate requirements into working backend logic.

Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote team.
