Essential qualifications include experience in empirical research project management, proposal writing, acquisition and management of third-party funded projects, and a strong focus on inclusive education or special education psychology. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding research and teaching abilities, excellent knowledge of empirical and social research methods, proficiency in statistical methods and computer programs (such as SPSS, R, AMOS, MAXQDA), and expertise in computerized literature search. Didactic competence, fluency in German and English, English publishing experience, and strong team and organizational skills are required.
