Another PhD position is available in the field of Law, specifically in Civil and Business Law (Wirtschaftsrecht) at the Institute for Business and Tax Law, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sarah Legner. This role involves independent research towards a doctorate, supporting the professor’s academic work, and teaching responsibilities. Applicants must have passed the First or Second State Examination in Law with at least a 'satisfactory' grade, and, if applicable, the university specialization exam in a relevant field with at least 8 points. Advanced knowledge in civil and business law, interest in legal research, proficiency in English (C2) and French (B2), and computer skills are required. Experience as a student assistant in relevant legal fields and interest in competition law are desirable.
