The project focuses on multi-omics analysis and integration to study human disease mechanisms and improve patient stratification. The postdoc will work with bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq, and will help develop scalable, reproducible pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
