Indiana University Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business is inviting applications for a tenured/tenure-track Associate Professor or Assistant Professor position in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OBHR) within the Management & Entrepreneurship department.

The appointment begins in fall 2027. The role is based in Bloomington, Indiana, and is a faculty hiring opportunity in a business school setting with a strong emphasis on research and teaching.
