This three-year full-time PhD programme provides an exciting opportunity for outstanding graduates with an interest in cardiovascular disease, and previous experience in one of a wide range of disciplines, including fundamental and laboratory sciences, genomics, engineering, mathematics or physics, medical imaging, computing, data science, epidemiology, and social sciences.

What's required
Applicants must have a minimum of an upper second-class UK Bachelor's degree (or overseas equivalent) in an appropriate subject, or a recognised taught Master degree. Good spoken and written English is expected. The programme is full-time only. Previous experience in disciplines such as fundamental and laboratory sciences, genomics, engineering, mathematics or physics, medical imaging, computing, data science, epidemiology, or social sciences is desirable. Non-UK applicants must show evidence of their ability to cover the difference between home and overseas tuition fees.
