About this position

This coming August marks the end of my eight-year journey at the University of South Carolina , a place that has become my second hometown. I’m deeply grateful for the support and mentorship I’ve received over the years, especially from my advisor Dr. Paul Ziehl and our department chair Dr. Juan M. Caicedo .

I’m excited to share that I will be joining the Department of Civil Engineering at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. I am currently recruiting fully funded PhD and MS students.
