About this position
Doctoral Researcher (PhD) in Law at the University of Turku, Faculty of Law, in the Research Council of Finland-funded project Regimes of Permission and Posthuman Harm: Corporate Exploitation in Finnish Forests (Corporate Forest).
The project examines Finnish forest governance through a critical, posthuman, socio-legal lens. The doctoral researcher will co-design and use empirical methods such as focus group interviews, archival research, and expert interviews to study state-corporate harms, corporate exploitation, and the development of “regimes of permission” in forest governance.
