What's required
For Assistant Professor: B.E./B.Tech/B.S and M.E./M.Tech/M.S or Integrated M.Tech and Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees, with experience as per university/AICTE norms. For Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field, First Class or equivalent at bachelor’s or master’s level, minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience equivalent to Assistant Professor level, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience, and at least 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals. For Professor: Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field, First Class or equivalent at bachelor’s or master’s level, minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor level, at least 6 research publications at Associate Professor level in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals and 2 successful Ph.D. scholars guided, or alternatively at least 10 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals. Strong programming, teaching, mentoring, research aptitude, communication, collaboration, and expertise in emerging CSE technologies are preferred; publications in SCOPUS/SCI/UGC CARE journals, projects, patents, or consultancy experience are a plus.
