Neuroscience Academy Denmark (NAD) has opened its annual call for 16 fully funded PhD fellowships in neuroscience. This is a 4-year programme with a 1+3 structure designed for early-career researchers who want strong training in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

The programme offers lab rotations across leading neuroscience environments in Denmark and a strong translational and clinical focus. Fellows will have the opportunity to shape their own PhD project in collaboration with supervisors across institutions, making this a good fit for candidates interested in building an independent research profile while working within a broad network.

NAD connects more than 200 labs across Aalborg University (AAU), Aarhus University (AU), University of Copenhagen (KU), University of Southern Denmark (SDU), and university hospitals, offering a major platform for training, networking, and cross-institutional supervision.
