Bo Li is announcing multiple fully funded Ph.D. openings at The University of Georgia in the School of Environmental, Civil, Agricultural and Mechanical Engineering (ECAM), starting in Spring 2027 and Fall 2027.

The research group is looking for motivated, interdisciplinary students interested in nanomaterials, polymer composites, 3D printing, self-assembly, flexible electronics, and environmental monitoring. Specific topics include: (1) 3D printing of nanomaterials and polymer composites, (2) self-assembly of nanomaterials on soft and rigid substrates, and (3) nanotechnology for environmental monitoring, including capturing and detecting PFAS contaminants.

Preferred academic backgrounds include Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields. The post emphasizes interdisciplinary research and a passion for advanced materials processing.
