Oklahoma State University is offering six fully funded PhD fellowships through the QIS-AI Traineeship Program, beginning Fall 2026. This interdisciplinary program is designed to train graduate students in Quantum Information Science and Artificial Intelligence, bridging two transformative fields. Fellows will participate in collaborative research across Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Mathematics, with mentorship from faculty in these departments. The program features project-based learning, interdisciplinary coursework, and paid summer internships with industry partners.

Selected fellows receive full funding, including stipend, tuition, and research support, as well as travel and accommodation for internships. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a strong academic background in a relevant STEM field and an interest in interdisciplinary research. The program aims to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the quantum and AI workforce.
