Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a sponsored research project at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India.

The project focuses on next-generation superconducting materials and cables developed using advanced additive manufacturing methods. This is a collaborative research initiative involving Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and Tel Aviv University, offering international research exposure and the chance to work on cutting-edge materials research.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. Sourav Marik (TIET) and Prof. Noam Eliaz (Tel Aviv University).

Eligibility highlights: M.Sc. in Physics, Materials Science, or related disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or interest in superconductivity, quantum materials, and additive manufacturing. Candidates qualified in NET/GATE will be preferred.

Funding: Sponsored research project funded by the Centre of Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing (#CoEAM). The post is a JRF role; the stipend amount is not specified in the post.
