Paid PhD internship opportunity with the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) for Monash PhD students.
This opportunity is aimed at women and gender-diverse PhD candidates at Monash University who are conducting research in transport, planning, or a related field. The internship offers paid experience with the Victorian Government while you continue your doctorate.
Up to 8 internship placements are available, commencing in October 2026. The placement is equivalent to 2 days per week for 10 weeks, or 20 days in total, and pays $6,000 per intern at the VPS 2.1.1 pay scale.
