About this position
PhD opportunity at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore on chip-scale extreme ultraviolet (EUV) nanophotonic light sources.
The project focuses on designing, fabricating, and characterizing compact EUV emitter architectures based on electron-excited nanophotonic structures.
