About this position

PhD opportunity at Université Paris-Saclay (SATIE Laboratory, Cnam Paris site) in electrochemistry, materials science, chemistry, and environmental science.

The work is positioned at the intersection of green materials, electrochemical water treatment, and sustainable remediation technologies.

Eligibility: candidates should hold a Master’s degree or engineering degree in chemistry, materials science, or materials engineering. A strong background in materials synthesis and electrochemistry is required. Experience with surface chemical modification, bio-based materials, polymers, polysaccharides, hybrid materials, or environmental/electrochemical systems is especially valued.

Skills sought: experimental rigor, careful data management, growing independence, critical analysis of results, interdisciplinary curiosity, and strong scientific communication in French and/or English.
