The Chair of Innovation Management is recruiting a Research Associate / PhD Candidate (60%) starting February 2027. This is a strong fit for candidates interested in research on innovation and organizational change, ecosystem orchestration, sustainability and ESG, business and regulation, organizational cognition, and organization theory.

The role offers the chance to build an independent research agenda, collaborate on high-impact projects, engage with the international research community, and contribute to teaching while completing a PhD. Both qualitative and quantitative research approaches are welcomed.
