we are looking for a PhD student to work at hydrogen deflagration/detonation, with a focus on theoretical and numerical modelling and applications of machine learning to the problem.
The work will be supervised by a team including Francesco Montomoli
at Imperial, Valentina Bisio
, Stefano Rossin and Marco Ruggiero at Baker Hughes , and in collaboration with the Brahmal Vasudevan Institute for Sustainable Aviation.
The studentship is fully funded and open to students of any nationality. We are hoping to receive many strong applications, with the objective of starting as soon as possible. Academic excellence will be the primary selection criterion. Please find the details at the link below.
