Essential skills include excellent command of both German and English, a strong interest in empirical research, and a focus on inclusive education with special emphasis on cognitive and social-emotional development. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding knowledge of empirical social research methods, advanced competence in statistical methods and relevant software (such as SPSS), and proficiency in computerized literature search and data analysis. Experience with publications and teaching is desirable, as is a cooperative and team-oriented working style, organizational skills, and enjoyment in working with children.
