Desirable experience includes modern synthesis and analysis methods in organic chemistry, working under inert atmospheres, organophosphorus compounds, peptide synthesis, silyl ketene acetals, vinylsilane chemistry, in situ IR spectroscopy, photocatalyzed reactions, Lewis acid catalysis, and extensive spectroscopic methods (NMR, HRMS, IR, UV/vis). Excellent written and spoken English, IT skills such as Microsoft Office and ChemOffice, publication writing experience, and strong teamwork/communication skills are required or preferred.
