The project focuses on the role of pathogenic T cells in primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) using an innovative translational mouse model with inducible T-cell receptor (TCR) inactivation. The research combines mechanistic immunology with translational disease research and offers training in state-of-the-art experimental approaches.

Eligible applicants should have an MSc or equivalent in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline. Prior experience in immunology or microbiology is desirable, and experience with animal models is an advantage. The call is aimed at motivated candidates with strong scientific curiosity and an interest in collaborative research.
