The program covers cutting-edge areas in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, and Big Data Biology, with research topics including disease genomics, epigenomics, pharmacogenomics, multiomic integration (cancer, autism, stroke, malaria, metabolic disorders, ageing, spermatogenesis), biomarker discovery, single cell-sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics.
