The Polytechnic Institute of Bragança is inviting applications for an international selection competition for one initial level PhD researcher position in the scientific area of Pharmacy and Health, specifically in Bromatology and Nutrition. The successful candidate will join the Mountain Research Centre and contribute to the project "DiVina – Strategy for the valorization of persimmons for the vinegar sector," which aims to advance research in food science, nutrition, and the development of innovative approaches to persimmon utilization in vinegar production. The position is offered under a fixed-term public service employment contract for three years, with automatic renewal as per Portuguese law. The gross monthly remuneration is €2,351.53, corresponding to level 33 of the national remuneration table.
