**About the Project:**
ETH Zurich’s Plant4Value project is seeking two motivated PhD candidates to help pioneer sustainable food system transformation in Switzerland!
Working at the intersection of science, technology, and policy, you’ll contribute to innovative approaches that promote plant-based value creation and nutrition. This transdisciplinary project addresses real-world challenges in production, processing, trade, and consumption—collaborating with partners from agriculture, business, civil society, and government.
**The Positions:**
• **PhD Position 1:** Focus on consumer choice, demand-driven food value chains, and policy
• **PhD Position 2:** Focus on production, processing, and agri-food policies
Both positions offer the flexibility to shape your thesis within the project framework, combining rigorous research with practical impact.
