Postdoc and PhD Positions in RNA Structure Simulations and Structural Ensemble Modeling University of Warsaw in Canada

Professor Sebastian Kmiecik’s Lab of Computational Biology at the University of Warsaw has received OPUS NCN funding for a 3-year project on RNA structure simulations and structural ensemble modeling.

The project aims to develop a new fast simulation model for RNA structures, RNA–protein complexes, and conformational ensembles, combining efficient simulations with detailed structural interpretation, AI-assisted analysis, and integration with experimental data.

The group plans to recruit postdoctoral researchers and PhD students. Recruitment details are not yet published, but the expected start is currently planned for November–December 2026.
