The SDU Metaverse Lab at the University of Southern Denmark is recruiting a 3-year Postdoc in Serious Games, XR Simulation, and Human-Centered Evaluation for Healthcare and Robotics.

This interdisciplinary position sits at the intersection of games, immersive technologies, robotics, healthcare, HCI, and interactive simulation. The research program is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and focuses on designing, developing, and evaluating interactive training and decision-support experiences with real-world impact.

Ideal candidates will have strong interests in human-centered research, interactive technologies, and rigorous evaluation methodologies. Relevant background may include game development, XR, serious games, health technology, user studies, or interactive simulation.
